Service & Warranty
FSN+ respects the manufacturer's warranty conditions and follows them in its procedures. Before making a warranty claim, it is important to read the warranty conditions carefully. Claims under these warranty conditions should always be made via the FSN+ website. FSN+ determines in consultation with the manufacturer whether or not you are eligible for warranty. To avoid too much searching in the guarantee conditions, the reasons why the guarantee lapses and what liability is excluded from guarantee in advance are listed below in brief:
Warranty lapses:
In case of incorrect and/or careless use of the bicycle and use that is not in accordance with the intended use;
If the bicycle has not been maintained in accordance with the service guidelines;
If technical repairs have not been professionally carried out;
If subsequently fitted parts do not correspond to the technical specification of the corresponding fiet or have been fitted incorrectly;
If the bicycle has changed hands.
No guarantee is given on rotating and wear parts!
We strongly recommend that you have a service carried out after 3 months, and repeat this every year.
Furthermore, liability for damage to (parts of) the fiet as a result of:
Incorrect adjustment/tension of handlebars, handlebar stem, saddle, seat post, derailleur set, brakes, quick-releases;
Failure to timely replace parts such as brake/derailleur cables, brake pads, tyres, chain and sprockets;
Climatic influences such as normal weathering of paint or chrome rust.
