Service
FSNplus respects the manufacturer's warranty terms and follows them in its procedures. Before you claim a warranty, it is important that you read the warranty conditions correctly. Claims under these warranty terms must always be made via the FSNplus website. FSNplus determines in consultation with the manufacturer whether or not you are eligible for a warranty. The dealer's review does not mean that your claim is awarded under these warranty terms. In order to avoid too much search in the warranty conditions, the reasons for the guarantee will expire and which liability is excluded from warranty in advance:
The warranty shall expire:
In the case of improper and/or careless use of the bicycle and use which is not in accordance with its destination; If the bike has not been maintained in accordance with the service guidelines; If technical repairs have not been carried out in a professional manner; If subsequently assembled parts do not match the technical specification of the bicycle in question or are incorrectly fitted; If the bike has changed hands.
Furthermore, liability for damage to (parts of) the bicycle as a result of:
Incorrect adjustment/voltage of steering wheel, stem, seat, seatpost, derailleurset, brakes, quick shutters; Failure to replace parts such as brake/derailleur cables, brake pads, tyres, chains and gears in a timely manner; Climatic influences such as normal weathering of lacquer or chromium rust.
