The FSN+ network consists of approximately 160 fixed service points in the Netherlands and approximately 30 mobile 'premium' service points. The service points are mostly companies that specialize in repair, service and maintenance of bicycles. In the Netherlands, the coverage is complete and therefore does not have to travel far by the consumer.

The mobile service is a premium service that can be enabled with warranty, service, maintenance and repair of bicycles. You can count on a service technician at home. Especially for older or disabled people, this service can be a welcome addition. With our mobile service network, we respond to a demand from the market for a high level of service. In the case of warranty, the mobile service does have its own contribution of € 65,- , this is in contrast to the use of the fixed service points.
