Warranty conditions
FSN+ respects the manufacturer's warranty conditions and follows them in its procedures. Before making a warranty claim, it is important that you read the warranty conditions carefully. Claims under these warranty conditions must always be submitted via the FSNplus website. FSN+ determines, in consultation with the manufacturer, whether or not you are eligible for warranty coverage. To avoid excessive searching through the warranty conditions, the reasons for the warranty becoming void and the liability that is excluded from warranty coverage are briefly listed below:
The warranty expires:
In case of incorrect and/or careless use of the bicycle and use that is not in accordance with the intended purpose;
If the bicycle has not been maintained in accordance with the service guidelines;
If technical repairs have not been carried out professionally;
If subsequently fitted parts do not correspond to the technical specification of the bicycle in question or are incorrectly fitted;
If the bicycle has changed ownership.
No warranty is given on rotating and wear-prone parts!
We strongly advise you to have a maintenance service performed after 3 months, and to repeat this every year.
Furthermore, liability for damage to (parts of) the bicycle as a result of: is expressly excluded.
Failure to replace parts such as brake/derailleur cables, brake pads, tires, chain, and sprockets in a timely manner;
Incorrect adjustment/tension of handlebars, stem, saddle, seat post, derailleur set, brakes, quick releases;
Climatic influences such as normal weathering of paint or chrome rust.
